Commission Advancing

Commissions and overrides are advanced nine (9) months. An agent and/or the up-line advance period may be reduced if poor “quality of business” issues persist.

Chargebacks are taken 100% on next advance. If there is no advance it then goes to back end commissions

Commission & Override Payments

Commissions and overrides are paid 1 of 2 ways: PAID ON PAID – Paid upon policy issuance and when

draft first premium payment.

PAID ON ISSUE (Select Agent Program) – Paid when the policy is issued but prior to receiving 1st premium payment. Policy draft dates may be post-dated a maximum of 30 days.

Note: To be Paid on Issue (Agent Select Program), an agent or up-line must:

1.) Demonstrate that they have met certain quality of business metrics with another FE carrier, or

2.) Wait sixty (60) days and meet the pre-determined quality of business metrics.

– Agent is “Eyes & Ears” for Underwriters. It is imperative that quality business is submitted at all times as this effects agent’s commission status

– Pay special attention to the Prescription Drug List inc. “Rx Fill Within” and “Benefit Eligibility”
