LevelQuik® RS Self-Leveling Underlayment■ Seeks its own level in minutes ■ Levels up to 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) in one pour ■ Superior handling for fast and easy leveling■ Crack Resistant – Calcium Aluminate cement reduces shrinkage and minimizes cracksUses: Apply over concrete, backerboards, ceramic tile, brick, pavers, stone, exterior grade plywood, resilient flooring, primed OSB and non-water soluble cutback adhesive. Do not use directly over lightweight concrete, gypsum underlayment, OSB panels, particle board, hardwood or parquet floors or on sloped surfaces that require drainage. Use between 50-90°F (10-32°C) <90%RH.Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from contaminants that would prevent a good bond. Concrete must be fully cured and not subject to hydrostatic pressure. Concrete surfaces should accept water penetration. Smooth concrete surfaces, existing glazed tile, terrazzo, or polished stone should be roughened or scarified. Sheet vinyl must be well bonded and stripped of old finish. Cutback Adhesive over Concrete: Adhesive layers must be removed as they reduce mortar bond strength to cement surfaces.Average Coverage: Approximately 47 sq. ft. per 50 lb. bag (4.37 m2/22.68 kg) at 1/8" (3.2 mm) thickness.Refer to technical data sheet for complete application, use, and limitation information (www.CustomBuildingProducts.com or (800) 272-8786).WARNING: INJURIOUS TO EYES. CAUSES SKIN IRRITATION. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May be harmful if swallowed. Do not mix with other chemical products. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Do not breathe dust. Do not take internally. Wash thoroughly after handling. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Use in well-ventilated areas. Wear impervious gloves, such as nitrile, and eye protection. A NIOSH approved respirator, such as N95, is recommended, especially in poorly ventilated areas. FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains: Silica sand and Portland cement. Forms calcium hydroxide when wet. If eye or skin contact occurs: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately seek medical advice or attention if symptoms are significant or persist. Read Safety Data Sheet before handling, available online at www.custombuildingproducts.com. In emergency, call (800) 535-5053. WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm – www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
