Master of ceremonies will be Joe Ward, and the invocation will be delivered by Union City Second Baptist Church pastor the Rev. Justin Heins. Entertainment will be provided by Main Street board members and will include Obion County Children’s Chorus, Union City Elementary Chorus Kids and Voices of UCES. Christmas ornament winners from area schools will decorate the tree, followed by 2016 Pride of Obion County Bill Latimer and Braylin Pate lighting the tree. Santa will be in Merchants Park at 4 p.m. and there will be face painting by Gina Lyon. Pope’s Concessions will be set up in Merchants Park serving delicious food through- out the day, beginning at 11 a.m. and continuing through the Christmas parade.
