The Government of The United States of America

Also known as the Continental United States (T.G.O.T.U.S.O.A.) (C.U.S.)

I. The Government of The United States of America, hereafter the “Government” claims: Sovereignty, independence, integrity, indivisibility, Government authority within the boundaries of its legal person, its activities, its properties and its independence and equality in internal and external relations of the Government.

II. Self-Determination of the Government

(A) The Government, as a sovereign community as it develops within the existing and expanding boundaries to exercise the Government’s inalienable right to self-determination.

(B) The Government protects and defends the sovereignty of the Government, its properties

and its activities of the Government.

(C) Any violent, unlawful, illegal and oppressive actions against the Government, its properties or its activities undertaken by inter-governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-governmental organizations, companies, Agencies, other groups or individuals shall be legally prosecuted in the name of the Government of The United States of America.

(D) The Articles of Confederation, as amended August 5th, 2015, regardless of nationality,

ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation, nature, age, (professional) occupation or affiliation comprises the Government.

(E) The affirmed American Nationals are the sole source of authority in the sovereign

community.

(F) The absolute authority of the Government is exercised directly through the sovereign community’s Articles of Confederation, as amended, August 5th, 2015 and the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Government.

(G) Only the elected offices of the Government can represent the Government No other national entities, inter-governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-governmental organizations, companies, Agencies, other groups or individuals can represent the Government.

III. Executive, Legislative and Judicial Power

(A) The Government is independent in determining any issue of its internal and external affairs.

(B) The Government guarantees the supremacy of the Articles of Confederation, as amended

August 5th, 2015 and the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Government within the boundaries of its legal person and its activities.

(C) Authority in the Government is exercised on the principle of its National structure.

(1) Executive Power: Rests with the office of the Governor under the decision of the

National assembly when exercised and the office of the Secretary of State for the Government of The United States of America.

(2) Legislative Power: Rests with the United States, in Congress assembled.

(3) Judicial Power: Rests with the General Post Master Council and various other parts of

the Judicial Branch.

IV. Territorial Supremacy

(A) The Government has the supremacy over its legal person, its properties, its activities and its capital building.

(B) The legal person, properties and activities of the Government within its existing and

expanding boundaries are inviolable and cannot be changed, claimed, seized or used without its consent.

(C) The Government is independent in determining the administrative and boundary systems

of the sovereign community and the procedures for establishing community and administrative units.

V. Economic Independence

(A) The Government independently determines its economic status and secures it through the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Government and through the Articles of Confederation, as amended August 5th, 2015 of the Government.

(B) The Government has the exclusive right to control, use and direct the resources of the

Government. The legal person, activities and domains, its interior (intellectual resources), digital space, power supply and any other resources found within the boundaries of the Government; the exclusive (maritime) economic zone, and all economic and scientific-technical potential created within the boundaries of the Government are the property of the Government, the material basis of the community’s sovereignty, and are used to meet the purposes and the powers of the Government.

(C) The Government guarantees protection to all forms of ownership, copyright and

trademark.

(D) The Government shall not tax the affirmed American Nationals and shall establish tax collection systems for foreign business.

VI. Environmental Safety

(A) The Government independently determines procedures to organize nature protection within the boundaries of the sovereign community and procedures for the use of resources.

(B) The Government has its own committee for protection from radiation, weather

manipulation, meteorological warfare and eco-terrorism.

(C) The Government has the right to halt and ban the operations of any businesses, entities, institutions, organizations, individuals and other objects within its boundaries that threaten the Government’s environmental safety.

(D) The Government has the right to compensation for the damages to the environment,

exclusive air rights, water, territory, property, activities and domains within the boundaries of the Government brought about by the acts of inter-governmental entities, specialized agencies, political parties, non-governmental organizations, companies, Agencies, and other groups or individuals.

VII. External and Internal Security

(A) The Government has the right to its own self-defense and intelligence gathering systems.

(B) The Government has the right to possess its own communications by design, operation or usage regardless of type.

(C) The Government has its own bodies of self-defense and intelligence gathering

subordinated to the National assembly.

(D) The Government autonomously determines procedures and purposes for self-defense and intelligence services by authorities of the Government.

(E) The Government solemnly declares the intention of becoming:

(1) a permanent enforcer of policies to restore justice, public order and society as a whole,

(2) an entity that does not participate in any military blocs and adheres to three nuclear

free principles, i.e. to accept, to produce and to purchase no nuclear weapons.

(F) The Government reserves the right at all time to use nuclear technology for peaceful purposes such as energy, education, development and science.

VIII. International Relations

(A) The Government, as a subject of the Law of Nations, can maintain direct relations with other external sovereign states, nations, communities and entities and may enter into agreements with them, may exchange diplomatic, consular and trade representatives, and may participate in the activity of international organizations to the full extent deemed necessary for effective guarantees of the Government’s interests in political, economic, ecological, informational, scholarly, technical, and cultural spheres. The Government is entitled as an equal participant in external and international affairs, actively promotes the reinforcement of general peace and international security based on facts, truth and honor.

(B) The Government shall expose oppression, deception and psychological operations, war

crimes, crimes against humanity and illegal warfare.

(C) The Government recognizes and pursues the prevalence of general human values over class and corporate values.

(D) The Government respects other sovereign nations, states, entities and communities their sovereignty, territory, domains and internal laws.

(E) Relations of the Government with other sovereign nations, states, entities and

communities are built on the basis of agreements concluded on the basis of the principles of equality, mutual respect, and non-interference in internal affairs.

(F) The Government values and pursues criticism; the open debate system; absolute freedom

of expression, speech, Agency, religion and press.

The Declaration of Sovereignty of the Government and the Articles of Confederation, as amended August 5th, 2015 of the Government determine the positions of the sovereign community for the purpose of internal and international agreements.

IX. REGULATIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF SOVEREIGNTY DECLARED

(1) The Government is responsible for its own laws, acts, statutes and regulations for proper governance and maintaining order within the Government.

(2) The Government is responsible for maintaining its own records of its Nationals for the purpose of chain of title within the Government.

(3) The Government exclusively answers to the God of the reign of the heavens within its sphere of the Government thereby upholding paragraph (2) of the Government regulations.

(4) The Government has exclusive rights to its own General Post Office and addressing system for the purpose of delivering the mail of the affirmed American Nationals and original Union State residents.

(5) The Government has the exclusive right to its own political party known as the Confederation Party for the Government.

(6) The Government declared itself a republic form under the following definition: republic as a form of government in which the sovereign power is widely vested in the people either directly or through elected representatives as defined by the Government. Presently, the term "republic" commonly means a system of government which derives its power from the people rather than from another basis, such as heredity or divine right. This remains the primary definition of republic in most contexts as declared by this Government. The Government reserves the right to alter or amend this declaration and regulations for the exclusive purpose and in the exclusive interests of the affirmed American Nationals.
