Letter of Request for Paint and Uniform

April 14, 2015 HON. STRIKE B. REVILLA City Mayor Bacoor City, Cavite Sir: Greetings! The Parent-Teachers Association works hand in hand in sharing the responsibility in fostering our young learners. Thus, in order to nurture the learners in a child-friendly, gender sensitive, safe and motivation environment, the Brigada Eskwela, or the Nationa Schools Maintenance Week, has become a yearly tradition to prepare public schools like the Ligas I Elementary School for the opening of classes every June. In line with this, we would like to ask 10 tin cans of latex (glossy) paint, 10 tin cans of enamel (glossy) paint, 25 pcs of ¼” marine plywood, and 20 pcs 2x2x12 of wood that we will need for the refurnishing of classrooms, as well as the T-shirts that would serve as the uniforms of 38 teaching and non-teaching personnel and 15 PTA Officers as we embody the bayanihan spirit in the week-long cleaning, painting and rearranging of classrooms. We know that you are one with us in our city’s crusade to pursue the improvement of education. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you and we look forward to your favourable action on this request. God bless! Very truly yours, MARIO C. ABESAMIS

Sir:

Greetings!

In line with this, we would like to ask 10 tin cans of latex (glossy) paint, 10 tin cans of enamel (glossy) paint, 25 pcs of marine plywood, and 20 pcs 2x2x12 of wood that we will need for the refurnishing of classrooms, as well as the T-shirts that would serve as the uniforms of 38 teaching and non-teaching personnel and 15 PTA Officers as we embody the bayanihan spirit in the week-long cleaning, painting and rearranging of classrooms.

We know that you are one with us in our citys crusade to pursue the improvement of education. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you and we look forward to your favourable action on this request.

God bless!

Very truly yours,
