2/8/2016 To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter to recommend Rita Smith for a position within your organization. I have known Rita for 2 years as her produce manager at Wyndham Village Pick N’ Save and I must say she has proven herself time and time again with hard work, challenging herself to do more and better at any given task, is very well organized, and always on time and on top of her game. Rita has been in charge of ordering supplies, assisting me with inventory on a monthly basis, helping out with writing a weekly schedule, following directions and lead when larger tasks are required, and always up front and center to help a customer with whatever might be necessary. Rita always comes to work with a smile on her face ready to take on a daily challenge. Rita thrives on challenges, and will often challenge herself if no one else will. This includes but is not limited to rearranging something on the floor to appeal to the customer’s eye, push sales up and beyond what is expected, and making things look as perfect as possible for the customer’s satisfaction. Rita would be a tremendous asset to your organization, and has my highest recommendation.
