To whom it may concern:

I have spent 22 years in the United States Marine Corps and 12 years in the Federal sector. I have

worked with Daniel Ventura for over two years. I find that Mr. Ventura is hard working, professional,

and efficient. On several occasions, Daniel has assisted me with maintenance and technical issues that

have arose in the work place. He analyzed the situation, found viable solutions, discussed the solutions

with me, and took steps to resolve the issues. He also follows up to ensure the problem does not

become an issue again.

Mr. Ventura would be an asset in any company he works. He is a team player and consistently puts the

needs of the company over his own. His tenacity in solving problems cannot be overstated.
