To Whom It May Concern, March 31, 2015 I write this letter on behalf of Kim Coleman. It was my pleasure to have served with her in the Colorado Charter School Institute (CSI) in 2010. She was my Executive Assistant while I was the Executive Director. Kim was the consummate assistant, she handled, human resources, complex issues in our exceptional student services dept, team building of our staff of around 20 professionals, spoke to various stakeholder groups on my behalf and even helped with finance when needed. She was a true “renaissance woman” of many talents. Shortly after I arrived at CSI, I quickly figured out that Kim was the “whole package”. She was ready and willing to take on any challenge and I could count on her to give thorough answers, was totally loyal, was a “quick-study” and had a ‘teachable spirit”. As Executive Director of a large organization: 10,522 students, over 1500 staff and faculty with 20 full time central office staff, I came to rely on Kim every day because of her excellent work ethic, superb communication skills and outstanding administration skills. To Whom It May Concern, March 31, 2015

I write this letter on behalf of Kim Coleman.

Additionally her character was impeccable—I trusted Kim with the most sensitive information in the Institute ands was never disappointed. There was no job too tough for her. It was standard for CSI to receive short notice “taskings” from the Colorado Department of Education. Kim took these difficult requests in stride and was flexible in her hours to get the job done on time and with top quality products.

Kim addressed many sensitive and difficult personnel challenges with employees in CSI and she handled each one like a champ. When it came to executive support, she was available 24/7 and was very quick to respond to my many requests, even in the evenings and on weekends.

Kim is a person of integrity, commitment, selfless service to others, takes full responsibility for her actions and has great personal discipline. She also had the ability to tactfully and diplomatically confront me when she felt I was headed towards the wrong decision. I admire her for that. I highly recommend Kim Coleman to you. Hire her and we’ll both be glad you did. She’ll make us all proud. Feel free to contact me for further information: [email protected] or my cell phone: 719-649-3542.

Sincerely,

Mark Hyatt
