To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of Karleigh Shannon to speak on her qualities and talents as a member of our organization.

Karleigh worked under my direct supervision as a Call Center Representative at Central Washington University from October 2013 to June 2015. Her job duties included reaching out to alumni, parents, and friends of the university in order to keep them informed of upcoming events and to solicit donations to the Students First Fund and other entities of the campus.

Through her time here, Karleigh proved herself to be one of our most valuable employees. Of all of our Representatives on staff, she frequently sought advice to improve the success of her phone call and took all coaching sessions to heart. This constant dedication toward improvement eventually resulted in Karleigh ending her tenure with us as our number one statistical caller. Her attendance was also nearly impeccable and I could confidently expect Karleigh to meet all expectations each day that she was in the office and never experienced any problem with her work ethic, attitude, or results.

Beyond her performance, Karleigh was also an integral member of the Call Center from a morale standpoint. As she worked nearly every day available shift, many members of the office came to rely on her for support and friendship, and she brought a positive air into the office that made it impossible to enjoy working with her.

As a Call Center Manager, I had many student employees come through the various sites that I have worked over the years, and Karleigh will always stand out as one of the best who has ever worked for me. If the opportunity presented itself, I would bring her back onto our staff without hesitation and I can confidently recommend her as a valuable asset for any organization that seeks to bring her onboard.

If you have any additional questions concerning Karleigh or her time here, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Assistant Director Annual Giving and Call Center
