E. Name of the port of loading, i.e any port/Airport in P. R. of ChinaF. Name of the port/Airport of discharge i.e, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAEG. State appropriately as per mode of shipment like Sea shipmentor Air shipment.

• If any, Legalization charges (Party who is responsible to pay legalization fee) . Mentionwho will bare the charges applicant or the beneficiary.

• Confirm charges will be paid by who, applicant or the beneficiary. If the charges pertainto both parties customer can mention “applicant bank charges on applicant accountand benefic bank charges on beneficiary’s account”

Customer’s name along with the Account number where the charges will be debited.
