Dean, College of Teacher Education Southern Luzon State University Lucban, Quezon Dear Ma’am: The undersigned is a third year college student of Southern Luzon State University taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in MAPEH who is currently working on his study entitled CULTURAL AND TRADITIONAL PRACTICES OF THE DUMAGATS IN REAL, INFANTA AND GENERAL NAKAR, QUEZON (REINA AREA). In connection with this, the researcher would like to ask permission from your good office for your approval in my excuse letter for my subjects. Since I am about to ask for the Municipal Mayor of Real, Infanta and General Nakar, Quezon for their kind approval of my permit for conducting my research study within their vicinity.
