On the 16th day of August, 2013 the assembly of the reign of the heavens hereby

convenes.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the assembly of the reign of the heavens hereby accept andacknowledge the APOSTOLIC LETTER IN THE FORM OF "motu proprio" issued by Pope

Francis on the 11th of July 2013.

RESERVATIONS

1: The reign of the heavens World Citizens and Nationals reserve the right of transferring the

private general post exchange into a Publicly owned Bank where the depositors own the

General Post Exchange and is operated of, by and for the people.

2: The reign of the heavens World Citizens and Nationals reserve the right to the claim of the

death sentence of yahushua, the seat of Government of the reign of the heavens remainsreversed in the Historical World Record.

3: The reign of the heavens World Citizens and Nationals reserve the right to withdraw this

acceptance and acknowledgment in the event it is found that one party shall attempt to

dominate the other in any way as this acceptance and acknowledgement is with the intent of an

absolute bilateral agreement.

So accepted and acknowledged on the 16 th day of August, 2013, by the assembly of the reign of

the heavens, and will re-convene at a future date certain..
