Training and qualifications Desirable Undergraduate degree

Skills Essential Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of

Office, Microsoft Word and Excel. Attention to detail in data input (this is critical to

the role). A friendly, professional and welcoming manner Good organisational skills, e.g. filing – hardcopy

paper and/or digital/computer-based -diary-keeping, time-management etc.

A clear and confident telephone manner. A good standard of English, written and verbal. An ability to demonstrate patience, sensitivity

and reliability Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to write legible and intelligible notes and

records Attention to detail in filing, printing, collating

documents, compiling packs etc Willingness to attend and participate in team

meetings as required

Desirable It will be particularly useful if you are confident

with, and/or have experience using fundraising/CRM databases such as Raisers Edge (although this is not an essential requirement as we can provide the appropriate training to candidates who are keen to learn).
