The VarSiTy M aSSociaTion i s an aff in i ty group of the Univers i ty of Missour i Department of Athlet ics and the Alumni Associat ion.

The Varsity M Association reunites former Mizzou student-athletes in the spir i t of fel lowship and cooperat ion for the proactive reason of supplementing the athletic department’s effort t o e n h a n c e t h e a c a d e m i c a n d a t h l e t i c s exper ience for current T iger student-athletes.

On March 1, 2010 Vars i ty M kicked off the inaugural Mizzou Letter Jacket Ceremony. This event is a great opportunity to create a memorable exper ience for al l student- athlete letter winners, while former student-

athletes play a supportive role in the process. Be

LeTTer JackeT cereMonieS: Vars i ty M has created a semi-annual letter jacket ceremony for al l twenty Mizzou vars i ty sports. This r i te of passage provides a formal opportunity for the student-athletes to receive their jacket f rom their head coach or ass istant coach. The Fal l ceremony wi l l honor the f i f teen Spr ing/Winter sports letter winners and the Winter ceremony wi l l honor the f ive Fal l sports letter winners.

Our goal i s to raise enough support to offset the cost of al l the letter jackets dist r ibuted annual ly, as wel l as host ing the ceremonies. P lease consider leaving a legacy through this unique opportunity to sponsor a Mizzou letter jacket.
