1) Onboarding Our proprietary method to collect the documents from your company is the first of many distinctions when working with us. By combining technology and experience, our clients enjoy a confusion-free start to getting a GSA Contract.

2) Offer Preparation We don’t hand you off to an intern! Your GSA Offer documents will be prepared by several GSA Specialists with decades of experience. We know how to craft your Offer to serve your goals and reduce the chance of a rejection.

3) Offer Upload The GSA eOffer system is not easy to navigate, so we handle that on your behalf as well.

4) GSA Review The most time-consuming part of the process is waiting for the GSA to review the uploaded document package. We check-in regularly to assure the GSA has all they need.

5) Clarifications We interface with the GSA on your behalf and work to address any questions or issues they have with the documents. These Clarifications are a very normal part of the process.

6) Negotiations/Award You are in control of all final decisions, but we work to train you on how to navigate GSA negotiations well, and we participate on the call. We also prepare the Final Proposal Revisions document on your behalf.

7) Post Award After your GSA Contract is awarded, we will register you in the GSA systems, upload your information, and unlock your access to the GSA marketplaces.

There is so much to getting a GSA Contract, here is all that is covered by our services.

Services to Prepare GSA Offer

Research of the proper GSA Schedule and SIN(s) to pursue

Preparation/Reconfiguration and verification of Pricing Docs.

Price Fairness Competitive Analysis (when necessary).

Preparation of a Crosswalk to connect Invoices/Project Docs to the Commercial Price List. Makes review easier for GSA.

Preparation of Statement of Work documentation strategically to prove scope, pulling together from Invoices, Proposals, Contracts, Purchase Orders, etc.

Studying of the Project documents for Scope alignment, and Preparation of Technical Proposals in support of adding all relevant SIN Categories.

Preparation of Sections 1, 2 & 3, addressing any areas that the GSA may find an objection to.

Financials review to uncover and address any possible issues prior to the GSA analysis.

Preparation of GSA template documents: Summary of Offer, Readiness Assessment, Agent Authorization, Commercial Sales Practices.

Preparation of documentation relevant to the Offer (as needed), including: SCA Matrix, Professional Compensation Plan, Uncompensated Overtime document, Production Point, Escalation Clause, Cover Letter, etc.

Letters Of Supply – prepare for suppliers and review to assure they meet GSA’s standards.

SAM Record inspection to assure it meets GSA’s standards.

Open Ratings Report – Submission, oversight and generation of report. Note that the only extra cost incurred by Client is the Digital Certificate ($119) .

Services after Preparation of GSA Offer

Submission of Offer into the GSA’s eOffer system (web portal): Entry of all information into all sections of the eOffer system, and uploading of all GSA Offer documents.

Handling of Clarifications and/or Rejections from GSA: Drafting Clarification Letter addressing each issue, reconfiguring documentation as needed, interfacing client with any needs or clarifications. Submission back to GSA as soon as possible.

Negotiations preparation call with client to explain the process and how to navigate it well.

Participation on the Negotiations phone call.

Drafting of the Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) Letter and revision of GSA pricing documentation to reflect negotiated terms, conditions and discounting.

Final signing of Award in eOffer system.

Vendor Support Center Registration.

SIP Upload processing: Preparation of I-FSS-600 document (aka Text File) for upload to GSA eLibrary. Adjustments to GSA eLibrary page after award. Product uploads to GSA Advantage (IPROD, IPRICE, etc.).

Final unlocking of access to GSA eBuy and Reverse Auction.

Preparation of Cheat Sheet document for Client to have all important GSA Contract details on one sheet.

Preparation of Press Release / Webpage Copy.

Preparation of a GSA Seal to insert into email Signature or webpage.
