SingerLewak is proud to announce our five spot rise in rankings in the listing of the Top 100

U.S. Firms. At SingerLewak, we believe we were able to move up in the ranking due to the

following:

1. We continued our dedication to the quality work and service our clients expect. This led

to our ongoing, high client retention rate.

2. We continued the expansion of our service lines such as:

• Transaction support work

• State and local tax consulting (especially in assisting clients to claim tax

incentive dollars)

• Royalty & profit participation audits

• Expansion of consulting to help our clients arrive at favorable solutions

3. We continued our active efforts to grow our market share. The efforts of our partners

and team members were nicely supported by referrals. One important source of these

referrals continues to be our clients, whose relationships have been a key to our

success for over 50 years.

While our firm does not value growth just for growth's sake, this jump in the rankings is

particularly rewarding in these challenging times. I want to thank our team members for all
