7. You will be governed by the rules & regulations of the company, which are in force at present or are enforced from time to time. Some of which are enumerated below : a. You will be employed in the services of the company only as long as you are

medically (both physically and mentally) fit.b. Your employment in the company and its continence shall be subject to the

particulars given by you in your application form to be correct and complete. In the event of any mis-statement or suppression of facts by you in the said application form, being subsequently discovered, your appointment will be deemed to be void abinitio and irregular and you will be liable to summary dismissal from service. The company will be within its rights to take proceedings against you and in that event you will be liable for all costs and consequences.

c. Either party can terminate the contract of service by giving One Month notice or One Month Basic Salary in lie thereof.

d. Your posting at present will be at Modipuram, but you are liable to transferred at any time to any other place, department or section or post at the absolute discretion of the management. You are liable to be transferred at any time to any other organization/establishment/branch office/subsidiary/sister organization owned,

controlled/operated by the company at either in existence at present or as may be started or taken over or acquired at the place of transfer.

e. You shall automatically retire on attaining the age of 58 years. f. Your employment with the company is a whole time employee and during the

period of employment in the company, you will neither serve anywhere else part time or whole time, honorary or for remuneration nor you ill interest yourself in any other business, trade, profession or vocation directly or indirectly.

g. You shall maintain strictest secrecy and shall not give out to anybody by word of mouth or otherwise particulars, details for the working of the company, technical know-how, security arrangement, administrative and other organizational matters of confidential or secret nature which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of your being an employee of the company unless compelled to do so by the judicial authority or by prior permission of the management.

h. This appointment is subject to your not being a partner or relative of the Director of the company as per the provisions of the company Act.

i. It is clearly understood that if the company sends you abroad for training etc you will fill in a bond prescribed for the company.

J. During the period of the employment with the company, you will not seek membership of any local or public body, club of association without obtaining permission in writing from the management.

r. The jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only shall apply to any dispute arising out of this employment.
