At the last meeting of the P.T.A, before summerholidays/ it Was announced because of the hugs suc-cess of the recent Mayfdir two $!00 bursaries wereawarded to graduates Lorraine Twa and Giadys Patt-erson. Other awards made by the P.T.A* includeda cup to Kathie Morrison and a spoon to Penny Peter-son as the two outstanding girl athletes cF the yecr.It was reported that the required 75 children did notregister for the annuaJ swim classes this year so closeswill be put off until next year. The chilc'-en's gar-dens will be judged sometime in August by Mr. St.Denis and Mr. Palmer. Mrs. Irene Hawksw:-";h willconvene the annual Mother's Tea for all Grade 1Mothers.

After the regular meeting the annual meeting washeld for election of officers for the coming year. Thenew president will be Mrs. Ida McManus, and Vice-President/ Mrs. C. Kaye, Mrs. C. Harrison willhead the Membership committee and Mrs. Both Hillwill again have the Program committee. There will

be ho meetings in July and August.

O.A.P.C. Branch 32 held their regular meetingJune '5th in St. George's Hall. There will be an al-teration in dates of the' 1st picric this year. The newdate will be Ju!y 6th, Cushion Lake. The changeis due to the expected visit of the Victoria Branch 5.We expect a big crowd on July 21st.
