LETRA offers several camping options and is located at the base of Mt. Scott on a 360-acre, no-wake lake. Year-round camping, RV and cabin availability and summer season recreational activities make LETRA an ideal recreation destination in close proximity to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, Medicine Park and Fort Sill.

Modern CabinsCabins

The LETRA cabins are ideal for the campers who like the camping experience with the comfort of home. Cabins come equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils, two burner stove, linens, towels, bathroom with shower, and a television/DVD. Cabins are available in 3 sizes; small, medium and large, and prices vary on the sizes and the time of year.

RV Camp Site

The LETRA RV Park has level, pull through sites with water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp service. A convenient dump station and fresh water

service are available. Large RV groups and rallies are accommodated from October-April.

Amenities

Reservations are accepted up to 2 months in advance for cabins and RV sites and can be made by credit card calling 580-442-5854. Cancellations or changes to reservation should be made 3 days prior to reservation start date. Failure to call within 3 days will result in a charge of one night’s stay.

Recreation ActivitiesOutdoor

LETRA has several amenities to make campers’ stay more enjoyable. A bath and shower house is featured in the RV park and includes a coin-operated laundry facility. The Country Store is stocked with a variety of drinks, food, fishing gear and the often forgotten personal items. The Lodge at LETRA is available for rental and features a Snack Bar serving lunch and dinner on the weekends.

Tent camping is available at LETRA year round. Sites are first come, first served and some sites come with a small covered pavilion, grill and picnic table.

LETRA is a premier recreation destination with something to entertain campers of all ages!

Summer activities include a lifeguarded beach with swimming area; a double flume

waterslide; and paddle boat, kayak and canoe rentals. Year-round activities include

miniature golf, fishing and fishing boat rentals. There are three group use areas and the

Lodge at LETRA available for reservation…ideal for parties, unit and

organizational days, reunions, rallies and more!
