    MALAYSIA

And Were Back Subang, MalaysiaOn April 26, Barack Obama became the first U.S. president to visit Malaysia in almost 50 years. Though he led with a statement of concern about missing Ma-laysia Airlines Flight 370, the countrys human rights record was what made the headlines. In a joint press conference with Prime Minister Najib Razak, Obama was questioned for not meeting with jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim, even as he gingerly noted that Malaysia still has some work to do on these issues. Later Najib tweeted a selfie of himself with Obama.
