I. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the one-hour session, the students are expected to:

a. show understanding of the song;

b. create any art product out of the song message;

c. relate the values learned to their personal lives

1. Motivation This time let us test how fast your eyes are. I have here crossword puzzle. There are five words

here that I want you to find. These things could either be in vertical, horizontal or diagonal. (

2. Unlocking of Difficulties Class I have here a puzzle. This has a picture hidden, now in order to reveal the picture you have

to answer the questions in each piece of puzzle.

I call this game Ballcapuzzle. I have here a ball, it is a ball of question and whoever holds this

ball has to answer the vocabulary question and give the demands of the puzzle piece. When you are

through you call one of your classmates and pass the ball to him/her.

3. Activity Proper Alright class, you are able to answer the questions and reveal the picture. Now, what do you

see in the picture?

1. When do we often daydream? 2. What makes us daydream?

a. Listening and Viewing while singing with action. This time class let us listen to a song by Somedaydream entitled Hey Daydreamer and see the

relation to this picture.

C. Analysis

1. What is the title of the song and how is it related to the picture? 2. What are the things we often daydream? 3. Do you consider it good or bad? Why? 4. What makes you like/dislike the song? 5. Cite and sing the lines that you like and tell the class why? 6. What are the values you may learn from it? Relate to your life.

D. Abstraction Class, generally, what is the song all about?

E. Application Think of an art product or any output you can make about the song. It could be a poem, a story, another

song, a poster or drawing, a sculpture or a picture or anything that would express your appreciation of

the song Hey Daydreamer.
