A main clause can form a complete sentence on its own. They have a subject and a predicate which are the 2 main parts of a sentence. A predicate adds information about the subject.
What is a relative clause?Relative clauses are clauses starting with the relative pronouns who*, that, which, whose, where, when. They are most often used to define or identify the noun that precedes them.
