I, JOY ANN BULL, declare as follows:

1. I am a member of the firm of Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP.

I am submitting this Supplemental Declaration providing additional information on the expenses

incurred pursuant to this Court’s Minute Order dated March 24, 2006.

2. Exhibit 1 hereto includes the invoices paid to vendors for copying the documents

produced in this litigation with the exception of one invoice for $11.83 paid to Disclosure

Incorporated on October 25, 2001. This invoice was maintained in the accounting department at

Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP in New York and I have been informed that the

invoice cannot be located. The total amount paid for copying charges to outside vendors is

$37,601.24.

3. Exhibit 2 hereto includes the invoices received from L.R. Hodges & Associates, Ltd.

(“L.R. Hodges”) for the investigation work performed in this litigation totaling payments of

$96,639.55. By way of explanation, L.R. Hodges has agreed to defer certain of its charges which are

in parenthesis in the subtotal of charges on the invoices. Where a second invoice of the same date is

included, it represents payment of the deferred charges from the original invoice of the same date.

4. Exhibit 3 hereto is the invoice from Lily Haggerty, a private investigator, totaling

$325.00.

5. Exhibit 4 hereto includes the invoices from Financial Markets Analysis, LLC, for

consulting services with regard to damages and materiality issues totaling $53,469.92.

6. Exhibit 5 hereto includes the invoices from Stanford Consulting Group, Inc. for

consulting services in connection with materiality and damage analysis performed in this case for a

total sum of $20,594.00.

7. Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP uses non-attorney in-house

CPAs, damage analysts and investigators to perform forensic accounting, preliminary damage

analyses and routine investigative work in lieu of retaining experts and consultants for certain tasks.

Historically, the cost savings are significant and I believe such savings were realized in this case.

8. At the final approval hearing on March 24, 2006, the Court expressed the view that

payment to lawyers retained on the insurance dispute should properly be included in attorneys’ fees.

Therefore, the sum of $26,045.25 has been deducted from the total expense reimbursement

requested.

9. The cost of providing notice to the Class was $71,620.85. Therefore, $28,379.15 of

the amount that was set aside for notice costs is now part of the Settlement Fund.

10. Total expenses requested are $480,488.31 and represent 13.7% of the Settlement

Fund. When attorneys’ fees of 25% are added, the overall percentage for fees and expenses is

38.7%.
