The reason of this location is to assure the shortest distance from the factory to possibly the biggest citrus plantations in Europe.

We offer a wide range of fruit concentrates, cells, purees, comminuteds, essential oils, NFC juices, taylor–made blends or customized products with different packing: in bag in box, drums, bins or road tanker.

Each harvest the fresh citrus fruits (lemon, orange,mandarin, grapefruit) are collected and squeezed to obtain

the juice. Then, by an evaporation process, we get our citrus juice concentrates preserving all the properties of

the fresh fruit.

Flavedo, Albedo and Endocarp parts of orange and lemon fresh fruit are used for our Key Products to obtain Commi-

nuted (from 1:1 to 4:1), Peel Cloudy Bitter and D-BitterConcentrated.

Our comminutes are made with Flabedo, Albedo and Endocarp and our cloudys are made only with Flabedo, Albedo and Core.

These are a perfect option for beverages, soft drinks or for food applications.

Our NFC juices are just like freshly squeezed juices, there is no water, sugar or preservatives added, only 100%

pure premium quality juice.

Our NFC juices are produced during each seasonal harvest. Premium Extractors are used to make freshly squeezed NFC juice. In the process, the

juice is separated from the pulp, skin and seeds, then pasteurized or frozen and packed depending

on the customer´s needs.

The Frozen Citrus Cells are 100% natural productsobtained by separating the lemon pulp from the freshly

squeezed juice of naturally matured lemons.

The product is pasteurized and frozen in order to guarantee its perfect conservation.

It contains no preservatives or additives. Orange milled cells are mashed orange cells.

We obtain our Citrus Essential Oil only by Cold-pressed method, through a mechanical process, without

thermal treatment.

The extraction consists of scraping the surface of the fruit and then by centrifugation the water phase is separated from the oil phase, decanted and filtered or in case of Five fold Lemon Oil it is concentrated.

Once the process is finished,we pack it in special drums of 180Kgr for the transport.

To obtain this excellent product, we use exclusively lemons cultivated in the Mediterranean region having a wonderful climate: warm during the day and slightly cooler at night.

This is the main reason for the intense flavour and freshness of our essential oils.
