Playing the past
Task 1: Write about an event that happened to you as a student.
Task 2: Play out key events and discuss impact of these to your
identity as a student.
Defining Simple Guiding Principles for effective learning
Task 1: What have you learnt from the past? Build a model that captures one specific learning point. Add a
short caption.
Task 2: Bring all models together and vote for the most important learning points to become Simple Guiding
Principles for effective learning.
Task 3: Invite students to reflect on the Simple Guiding Principles and the potential impact of these on
learning.
