Obligations to inform the Immigration Office about the termination of the purpose for granting the permition

- The foreigner is obliged to inform the Immigration Office about the termination of the purpose of stay in Poland within the 15 days

- The University is obliged to inform the Immigration Office immediately uppon withdrawal of the foreigner from the student’s list or the decision to retake the year

The immigration Office may deny the permition for residence in the next years if the foreigner does not get the admission for the next year and has to retake the yeear of studies.
