AsiAn BeAutyAsians are famous for their pursuit of a perfect complexion. their beauty routine includes more products and also a more frequent application. trends like overnight masks, charcoal treatments, and essences all originated in Asia, and the world's cosmetic companies look there in search of the next big beauty thing.

Asian women love very even, clean and flawless-looking skin, and use blurring products to get it. the way they add color is only very reduced but targeted to underline their youth or get a doll-like look. Many Korean and Japanese women use oil-based cleansers as the initial step in a "double-cleansing" process.

it is common for many Asian women to use a hydrating product in the morning and then again in the afternoon, patting on another treatment on top of their foundation to refresh their make-up and give their skin a really flattering, dewy finish. All popular products aim to lock in moisture and draw water into the skin. Hydration is considered to be a key benefit in Asia, from cleansers to toners to face masks and day and night care products.

Also in focus are trendy ingredients, such as oils and extracts from berries, other fruits, nuts and seeds. However, traditional Asian ingredients in different forms like rice (e.g., rice bran oil, rice bran wax, rice milk), ginseng, green and black tea are also popular again.

this deep-cleansing milk is specially formulated to leave your skin clean and prepared in the morning. it gently lifts away dirt, excesses oil and other impurities that may not even be visible. the milk contains mild polishing particles and a moisturizer, leaving the skin feeling soft and looking clean, healthy and radiant. to remove with warm water.

Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 70 °C. Heat phase B ingredients to 70 °C under stirring. Add phase B to A and homogenize shortly. Cool to 30 °C, add phase C ingredients and stir until uniform.

HoW to use 2811P7 riCe Peeling PoWder

it can be used in skin care or color cosmetic products to blur fine wrinkles and provide a more even complexion. the typical use level is 2–5 %, but in specific formulations we were able to incorporate up to 20 %. it is essential that the powder is very well dispersed for a perfectly homogeneous formulation.

the powder is dispersed much better when added as part of a slurry in a 1:1 ratio with an oil-soluble liquid or glycol/glycerin. the dispersing aid and the pre-dispersion should be added gradually. Production temperatures should not exceed 50 °C to avoid melting of the powder particles, which could lead to unwanted agglomeration. this also excludes the use of 2811P7 in powder blends that get milled, as the friction would probably make the powder partially melt.

for optimum performance it is important that 2811P7 rice Peeling Powder be used in a higher viscosity base and very well homogenized. When the base is too liquid, there is not enough shear power to avoid the powder agglomerating.

if 2811P7 rice Peeling Powder is used as mild scrubbing ingredient for gentle deep-cleansing activity, the powder can be added to the formulation during cooling down without preparing a slurry. the formulation should not be homogenized after the addition to allow the powder particles to agglomerate. used in cleansing milk or a mask, rubbed in gently and then washed off, it removes dead skin cells and provides a radiant complexion.

2811P7 riCe Peeling PoWder

2811P7 rice Peeling Powder is a very mild scrubbing ingredient for an extremely gentle way of deep-cleansing the skin without causing any redness or irritation. even daily use formulations with 2811P7 rice Peeling Powder just carefully polish the skin, giving a healthy radiance and perfect complexion.

the pale yellow powder has an average particle size of 7 µm and is produced from pure, non-gMo, rice bran wax, and can be used for certified natural cosmetics.

2811P7 rice Peeling Powder can also be used as a natural, soft-focus agent. it has a strong mattifying effect thanks to its influence on light reflection. Additionally, it reduces skin gloss by absorbing sebum. used in a cream or a foundation, it visually reduces wrinkles and blurs, perfectly allowing such claims as "porcelain-like complexion" and "camera-ready look". the powder particles are round and roll over the skin leaving a pleasant, dry, and velvety skin feel.

A wrinkle filler formulation with and without 2811P7 has been measured by means of a glossmeter. the skin gloss on the inner forearm (test area of 3 x 3 cm) of 5 volunteers has been determined 20 times. the addition of 5 % 2811P7 has lead to a significant reduction of skin gloss.
