Note A:
On August 22, 2014 Anton Jungherr made a CA Public Records Act Request to WCCUSD for various documents and
information in regards to the Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP agreement. See the attached District response dated September 30, 2014.
As of November 10, 2014 the District has not responded to these August 22, 2014 requests:
Emails, correspondence, telephone logs, faxes, memorandums and other documents in regards to the above three
agreements (The three agreements referenced were: Amy Craig, Ismail Ramsey and Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP)
Copies of all invoices and checks paid to Craig, Ismail Ramsey and Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP
