Project Requirements….For 2015, we are seeking out the following.Residential - prefer ARV below 70% prefer $50k and up on individual SFR prefer bulk or mini bulk packages in areas if possible no appraisal, inspection, repair breakouts needed open to all US States

Commercial – open to all US States and some International prefer $1M and above but will evaluate all Commercial

projects.

NDNC and Marketing Fee Agreements will be disclosed and contracts required before any transactions will proceed. Typical fees would be 10-15% on an individual SFR wholesale spread – Not on Selling price. Fee is to be paid by the Seller or Seller’s agent.

For Commercial or SFR Packages, we require a .25 point fee, but no greater than $50,000 per transaction. Fee is to be paid by the Seller or Seller’s agent.

Fees can be negotiated based on individual projects spread and allowed Broker fee being paid at closing. Our goal is to get it to the table, not pinch the wholesaler or agent!
