Reported to the Managing Director; Depot/Operations Manager in a state-of-the art Automated Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), incorporating NIR (near infrared sorting systems) in a plastics sorting facility in Stoke-on-Trent.

Directly managed a team of 42 employees I was able to use my knowledge and skills to be able to introduce the LEAN processing methodology; this was to
