We would like you to nominate talented officials from your institution to study in one of the three Masters' programmes at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKY School). There are at least three reasons why you should seriously consider our School. The first is academic excellence. The LKY School is part of the National University of Singapore (NUS), which has been ranked number one in Asia and number 24 in the world. Similarly, the LKY School is reputed to be one of the best schools in Asia. We were the first Asian school to be admitted into the prestigious Global Public Policy Network (GPPN) set up by Columbia University, LSE and Sciences Po, Paris. As a result, our MPP students can benefit from double-degree programmes with these three universities and Tokyo University. The double-degree programmes also confirm that our academic standards match the best in the world:We have an international faculty that combines strong academic and research credentials with highly relevant practical experience. We are constantly updating our syllabi to reflect the changing world we live in, the deeper understanding of the issues at hand from the research being conducted by our faculty, and the evolving educational landscape. Perhaps the best indicator of the School's academic excellence may be that, according to a recent Mercer survey, 93 per cent 0 our graduates have said they would come back to the LKY School if given the choi again and they would recommend the School to others. 11 e second is global networking. The LKY School is proud of its diverse student body: o per cent of our students come from Singapore, with the rest from the ASEAN •~ countries, China, India, and the rest of the world. We often have students from over 50 ( countries enrolled in the School. We also offer extensive opportunities for the students ~ to interact with global luminaries who speak and spend time at the School. With the acceleration of globalisation, every country is discovering that its domestic evolution is increasingly being affected by new global challenges. Our innovative curriculum reflects this global dimension. Equally important, our graduates leave the School with a global network that will significantly assist them in their careers, especially when they achieve senior positions. The benefits of a public policy education at the LKY School will therefore be life-long. ,NUS ~ National University of Singapore ~ '-a .>:
