At 1951 hours on 08-02-2014, I responded to 262 Northampton Rd. Leesburg, GA 31763 in referenceto a burglary in progress at that residence. When I arrived, I observed a ladder going from the ground toa window on the second story of the residence. At the top of the ladder I observed a subject coming fromthe window and getting onto the ladder. That subject was later identified as Bryan Reddick (Offender.) Ialso observed a tan Chevrolet Silverado backed into the driveway with a trailer attached to it. The trailerwas under the carport and had a motorcycle, a riding lawn mower and brown dresser on top of it. I madecontact with Bryan as he was exiting the ladder. I asked him what he was doing and he replied "puttingthe screen back on." I then asked him "no, what are you doing here?" He replied "getting some of mythings out of the house." Bryan had a hand near his pocket and I advised him to slowly move it, which hecomplied with. I then asked him if he had any weapons on him and he stated that he had a gun in hispocket. The gun was then removed from his person and secured. The gun was a small .22 caliberrevolver wrapped in a white and black bandana and it was later identified as a North American Arms .22revolver (S/N- D84365.) Bryan was on scene with another subject (Douglas Huey Johnson) and Douglaswas standing outside the residence in the driveway when I arrived. At that time, Sfc. Muscott arrived onscene and briefed me on a burglary that previously took place at the residence, refer to case # 14-08-02418 for Deputy Barerra's report. Bryan advised me that he has moved out of that residence for about 6weeks but he returned to get some of his belongings but the resident Michelle Reddick (Victim) does notknow he is there. Deputy Barerra's case involved a reported burglary where an intruder forced their way in through alocked window to the residence and took various items of clothing and school supplies. In his report, thevictim (Michelle Reddick) reported that someone wrote "I Heart You" on the mirror in the bathroom withan unknown substance. When Sfc. Muscott was on scene, he read Bryan his Miranda Rights and Bryanfirst stated that he would not answer any questions without a lawyer but then immediately stated that hewould talk to us without a lawyer present. Sfc. Muscott asked him if he came over to the house earliertoday and he replied "yes." Bryan stated that he came over to that residence to get some clothes for hisdaughter and some school supplies. Bryan was then asked what he wrote on the mirror in the bathroomand he stated "I love you." Bryan stated that he wrote that on the mirror with soap. Bryan was thenplaced under arrest for 2 counts of Burglary 1st Degree (OCGA 16-7-1) and 1 count of Possession of aFirearm During the Commission of Burglary (OCGA 16-11-106.) When Bryan was placed under arrest, asearch was conducted of his person and 4 pairs on womens underwear (panties) were located in hisback left pocket. I did not ask him where they came from but he spontaneously uttered that he took thoseform the residence after he saw me remove them from his pocket. Photos of the underwear were takenand are attached. Bryan was then transported to the Lee County Jail where he was turned over to jailstaff and booked in on the above listed charges. Warrants will be attempted on 08-03-2014 for the listedcharges. The victim (Michelle Reddick) then arrived on scene and I asked her to take me through the residenceso we would know everywhere he went and the items that were removed. We entered through the reardoor on the East side of the residence, which was already opened and there was a large black safe thatwas sitting by the door. Michelle claims that safe was not at that location when she left earlier in the day.

Michelle took me throughout the house and showed me various locations where she believed thatitems were taken from. Michelle did advise me that there were several pictures taken from the walls inthe dining room and in the living room that she thinks were taken from the burglary earlier in the daybecause she noticed them missing before this incident. Michelle showed me a closet where a smallersafe was located and it was no longer there. The safe was later found inside Bryan Reddick's truck thatwas parked outside the residence. Michelle then took me into the master bedroom where she pointed outthat several pairs of her shoes were missing from her closet. Before we went inside the residence I hadMichelle look at the panties that I found on Bryan and she was able to show me that they came from adirty clothes basket and she stated that they were in the bottom so he would have to "really look forthem." I took photos of each location where items were reported missing from and the photos areattached. While we were inside the residence I asked Michelle how long has Bryan been moved out ofthe house and she stated "for about 6 weeks." Michelle then stated that she has changed the locks to theresidence and Bryan does not have a key to the home. Michelle further stated that when Bryan leftapproximately 6 weeks ago, he has since moved into a different residence and is no longer a resident ofthis location. I then took Michelle outside so she could identify any items inside the truck that she thinkswere taken from her residence. Michelle identified that the motorcycle, the lawn mower and the dresser were taken from her residenceand those items were on the trailer behind the truck. A Sentry safe was located in the back seat and itwas identified as the safe that was missing from the closet. Eight pairs of flip flops and womens shoeswere located in the truck and Michelle identified them as the ones missing from her closet. Two familyBibles and a bag of women's and kid's clothing was reported missing and it was located inside the truckas well. Michelle also reported that there were photos of her breasts taken before and after augmentationsurgery and those photos are missing. A property receipt was filled out for all the recovered items fromthe truck and all items were returned to Michelle. When the truck was cleared of all stolen items, it wasthen turned over to Douglas Johnson so he could remove it from the scene. Previously, Bryan Reddickapproved of Douglas removing his vehicle from the incident location. On the property section of thisreport, the values of the stolen/recovered items are going to be approximate due to not being able to geta value of each item from the victim. There was a separate firearm that I found in Bryan's truck that is aBeretta 3032 Tomcat .32 Caliber pistol (S/N- DAA392044) and that pistol was seized due to the ownerbeing placed under arrest. That firearm is also submitted into evidence. Michelle wrote a voluntary statement describing her problems that she has been having with Bryan andI have attached the statement to this report. In her statement she describes fearing for her safetybecause she believes that Bryan hides in the bushes outside her home and takes nude pictures of her.She also states in her statement that Bryan has previously come over without her home and puts holes inthe walls in her bedroom. The firearm that Bryan had in his possession while committing the crime wasloaded, with 4 live rounds and one spent. The firearms were placed into evidence locker #1.
