The integrated SMD LEDs "3 in 1" technology of our M-S series deliver a perfect RGB colour mixing even at short viewing distan-ces. Coloured shadows are completely eliminated, SMD pixel offer brilliant colours from every viewing angle. Above that a rugged touring housing guanrantees a sufficient protection for the sensi-tive SMD LEDs during transport and setup.M-S and M-SI (for indoor) panels are available within 6mm to 12mm pixel pitch. Pure flexibility, minimum load and weight, accurately manufactu-red units and a brilliant image display: The new Lightweight SMD indoor panel (called L-SI) provides an overall alternative for TV, touring, exhibition and corporate events.The very highlight of the new L-SI series, however, can be found in its sophisticated, newly developed quick-lock system: JUST ONLY attach the panel, turn the quick lock bolt, tighten the nut and... finished! The PREMIUM Line stands for excellent product design in all its details: unbeatable brightness, high class SMD "3 in 1" LED for perfect colour mixing and optimized die-cast housing.

Despite its small panel dimensions, the Flyer panel has been par-ticularly developed for the tough tour handling. The integrated quick lock system is neither screwed nor bolted, just click down the locking handle and the safety latch will automatically secure a tight connection.

Single panels can be replaced even within a completely installed LED display in case of service.

TV One C2 video scaler

Not every LED display resolution corresponds exactly with the input signal resolution. In reality a video signal normally comes in a standard format (e.g. PAL 720x576 pixel or XGA 1024x768 pixel) and has to be correctly resized by a video scaler to the native LED display resolution which is finally passed on to the LED controller.

Additionally our TV One video scalers offer various signal conver-sions, being able to convert RGBHV, VGA, composite and Y/C as well as SDI signals to a DVI output signal. The combination of a TV One video scaler and an appropriate LED controller has grown to a LEDCON standard by now, especially in the daily changing touring business.

The TV One video scalers are available in two versions: Version C2-2205 as standard scaler includes all the necessary scaling and converting functions. Furthermore version C2-2255 can also fade between different video sources, set picture in picture or mix videos by chroma or luminance key.

LED controller

The LED controller definitely represents the "brain" of every LED display. It has to convert the input signal to the specifications of your LED display.

We exclusively sell high-class controlling systems, offering easy operation and configuration as well as getting all possibilities out of your LED display.

The majority of our LED displays are available with DBStarLED or ZDEC processing. To find out which system is the is suited best for your display depends on numerous parameters, such as refresh rate, pixel scan method, data coding etc. We will support you in selecting the right processing for your project.

To meet the extra requirements of the PREMIUM- und CREATIVE line, we developed a special controlling system dedicated only to those two product lines.

Whatever system you may choose, its general composition is nearly identical: Via DVI signal the LED controller receives the video data (e.g. by a computer). The controller translates this data in a pixel accurate way into the format needed and sends it via network cable to the single LED panels. The data cabling itself follows the most easy "daisy chain" method, thus avoiding data splitters.

Before that the configuration has to be set up with the help of the enclosed software and transferred to the controller via USB cable. This setup remains saved on that controller until new changes are uploaded. For identical screen layouts no reconfiguration is needed as long as the display has not been altered.

TV One DVI splitter

No matter if several LED controllers have to be fed with identi-cal video signal or if additional control screens shall be set paral- lel – the TV One DVI splitter distributes one DVI input signal to four identical DVI outputs.

Fibreopticsystems

According to its specification DVI cable may not extend a length of 10m to ensure safe data transmission. This has to be minded, for especially in event locations the video direction frequently finds itself far away from the LED display.

Such would be a perfect assignment for our fibre optic system: The DVI data is converted to fibre optic signals via an adaptor and transmitted over several 100 metres. Before finally reaching the LED controller the signal is converted back to normal DVI via adaptor again.
