The iPIS-LWI600 is a vision inspection system that is detecting various LED PKG defects after Die Bonding and Wire Bonding in LED PKG assembly process. The iPIS-LWI600 offers outstanding throughput with two vision system. Besides, changeover time has been reduced to a minimum. Also providing superb perfor-mance at a minimum cost of ownership.

The iPIS-LFI600 is the first LED PKG 3D inspection system which is supplying inspection solution for resin and injection molding status of phosphor such as Overflow, Bubble, etc… during the LED PKG assembly process based on enriched own 3D inspection technology.
