II. SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and manufacture display system per selected shop drawings. Test and provide a 100% operational system for this facility. Train the Customers personnel in operation and maintenance of the equipment.

III. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approval of display shop drawings within 7 days of our complete submittal. Provide at least 1m x 1m room for computers and electrical panel (Client option). Customer is responsible to certify mounting structure for the supplied LED display dimensions and weights to be installed to their building. Permits and Licenses necessary for the installation of the Electronic Billboard. Provide electrical service at the base of the display, Removal of any existing display. Provide unloading of display at site and any temporary storage required. Provide access to facility. Provide a suitable work area for our installation supervision engineer. Provide personnel to be trained in the operation and maintenance of the system during the installation time frame. All cost for blue printing of electrical plan, architectural plan if necessary will be shoulder by the client. All kinds of insurance (if necessary) will provide by the client. All cost for shipment and Globaltronics personnel board and lodging will be shoulder by client (advance payment needed before execution of service).
