Tuition and Other School Fees
Our Students Accounts Section shall
provide you with a temporary assessment of
tuition and other school fees upon enrollment.
We advise you to secure the final
assessment of fees from the Students Accounts
Section for your review to ensure accuracy of
fees.

Graduation FeesTuition and Other School Fees
These are included in the final assessment
of fees for graduating students.
Graduating students are advised to fully
settle their outstanding balances prior to the
final examination period.

Tutorial Fees
Minimum Class Size
30 students for 1st & 2nd semester
25 students for summer
Note: An off-semester subject with a class
size of less than 30 students for a
semester or 25 students for summer
is considered a tutorial class.

Tutorial Fees
A student signing in a tutorial class petitionform automatically enters into an agreement withhis co-petitioners to share equally the additional(tutorial) fees.
Deadline for submission/approval ofpetition to open tutorial classes is THREE (3)weeks prior to prelim exams. After approval ofthe petition, the student can no longer drop thesubject.

TERMS OF PAYMENT OF FEES
a. Cash BasisWe encourage our students to pay the school
fees in full upon enrollment and enjoy a five percent (5%) discount based on tuition fees.
b. Installment BasisDown payment is P5,000, payable in cash upon
enrollment. The balance of school fees after the down payment is paid equally over the three (3) periodical exams: the prelim, midterm and final exams.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF FEES
Students are advised to settle their
outstanding balances at the Teller’s counters one
(1) week prior to the major examinations period.
The Cash Management Office is open from
7.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday till Friday. The office
is also open on a Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. prior to the prelim, mid-term and final exams
periods.

MODES OF PAYMENTa. Over the tellers’ counter at the CashManagement Office.
b. Thru ATM (PNB)
A student can secure an ATM account withPNB, United Nations Branch, at a minimumdeposit of P500. Parents and students can payschool fees at anytime and anywhere in thePhilippines.
An ATM terminal is provided by PNB inside thecampus for the convenience of the studentswhen withdrawing money.

DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
a. Discounts on tuition fees granted to siblings, CBA, academic and other scholarsshould be applied for every semester.
Application for discounts shall be filed duringenrollment. The birth certificate (or baptismalcertificate), shall be attached to the applicationform for 5% sibling discount. An extension shallbe granted up to a maximum period of two (2)weeks after official start of classes.

DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPSb. Alumnus’ Child Discount
A five (5) percent discount is given to the
son/daughter of our graduates, who are active
alumni members, effective SY 2009-2010.
c. Outside-Sponsored Scholarships
The student presents the original copy of the
proof of his scholarship to the Head of Students
Accounts Section.

Dropping of Subjects
a. Full Dropping of Subjects
Students should properly process their dropping of subjects with the Office of the Registrar.
1. To be entitled to a refund, the withdrawal of enrollment should be done during
enrollment period. The charge is only P100 for old students and P500 plus cost of ID Card for Freshmen.

Dropping of Subjects
2. If classes have already started, the
student will be charged 10% and 20% of the total
school fees if withdrawal of enrollment is within
the first week and second week of classes,
respectively. The excess payment after the
charge is refundable. (P20,000 x 10%=P2,000)
3. For withdrawals on the third week of
classes, the charge will be full.

Dropping of Subjects
4. For withdrawals due to justifiablereasons like illness, accidents and the like, thecharge is proportionate up to the month of noticeof withdrawal or up to the last attendance asdetermined by the approving officer.
Presentation of supporting documents isrequired.
Example:medical certificate, hospital billing,
official receipts and the like.

b. Partial Dropping of Subjects
Subjects dropped within the “dropping without
record” period (i.e. one week after start of
classes) are free of charge. Beyond this period,
it will be charged in full.
Note: We discourage dropping of subjects.

The students can verify their account balances at
the verification terminals located near the main
entrance of St. Theresa (ST) Building or at
Windows A and B of Students Accounts Section,
Finance Department.

towards any member of the administration, faculty,
staff and security personnel.

hours or staying overnight on campus w/out authority.

• Entering the campus premises under the
influence of wine, liquor or any intoxicating
beverages or drinking alcoholic beverages inside
the campus.

such criminal acts.

• Grave threats to inflict harm on another person’s
honor or property, such as death threats, kidnapping,
rape, blackmail and the likes.
