Note:In the 1950’s the upper floor was added and the Federation Style Chimneys were removed. These shall be replaced in a

suitable style as well as the terracotta roof and finals.

There are six chimneys to be replaced in redbrick and Sydney sandstone detailing.

From the western Driveway

The house and estate has cost your clients so far six million dollars. They plan to spend close to this again to finish the project. All driveways and gardens are to be repaired and

replanted.

Main Entrance

Floor level is approximately 1200mm above ground . Tessellated tiles to be restored to veranda and front steps

Note missing chimney tops and the later addition of the 2nd floor.
