There are 2 types of communication:

1. Verbal Communication.

Verbal communication is communication

that uses words either :

a. Written communication :Letter, news papers, or emails etc

The effectiveness of written communicationdepends on the style of writing, vocabularyused, and grammar.

Refers to the spoken words and can be

established either:

Face to face.

Over phone. Voice chat on the internet

emotions for some reason, youtend to have trouble listening

to others or understanding the

message conveyed to you.
