Sorry, no late check outs during summer seasons.

Curbside trash pickup is available daily 9am-7pm. Please set your garbage out near the road and we will take it away for you. Trash pick up IS NOT available Nov. 1-March 31, please take your trash to dumpsters during that time.

• Please drive slowly...speed limit is 5 mph. This includes bikes, golf carts

• No parking on the grass. Park vehicles that do not fit on the gravel in a visitor parking lot.

• Never move fire rings from their original location. Fires must be contained within the provided fire ring and kept at a reasonable size, no bonfires.

• Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. Please be courteous to you neighbors at all times, day or night. Loud music, barking dogs, and other distractions disturb other guests time to relax.

• Playground closes at dark.• Our guests may have visitors between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. A

fee is charged per person. Visitors must register upon arrival. Unregistered guests will be will be asked to leave.

• Swimming pool is open 10 a.m.-9 p.m. daily. Anyone under the age of 13 must have and adult inside the gate with them. Please observe all posted pool rules.

• Sewer connections must have a threaded connector or a sewer gasket.

• No cutting firewood• Golf Carts may only be operated by licensed drivers 16 and

older.• No smoking is permitted in any of our buildings, rentals, or

in the pool area.• Gas scooters, dirt bikes, ATV, & UTV's are not permitted• Running on generators is prohibited.• Fireworks and openly carried firearms prohibited.• Washing vehicles or RVs is not permitted.

campers. If your dog is disruptive, we will ask that it be removed from our park.

• Do not leave pets alone in the campground.• Pets are not permitted in any rental unit, building,

pool area, or at the playground.
