Leasing on Cavill
Circle on Cavill is a vibrant services and dining destination in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise Boulevard, and Gold Coast Highway. With the opening of the new light rail in July 2014 averaging 18,500 passengers per day, Circle on Cavill now reaches a new market of diners and shoppers, from suburbs beyond the conventional catchment area. The Cavill Avenue light rail station is located right at the front of Circle on Cavill. Car parking at Circle on Cavill is plentiful with 420 car spaces available via direct access from Gold Coast Highway, in both north and south directions.
The Gold Coast region attracts a number of large sporting events, including the annual Gold Coast 600, a three day car racing event attracting over 300,000 people, held in October each year through the streets of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast will also host the 2018 Commonwealth Games. The preparation for this event will strengthen the local economy and is improving sentiment through construction investment and job creation leading to the overall revitalisation of the city.
