Due to the wide dispersion of the prospective moderators, an online delivery format was chosen for its accessibility and flexibility. The Webinar will be conducted in Virtual Classroom an online forum specifically designed for LEARN employees for the purpose of conducting meetings and discussions. One of the prerequisites for participating in this Webinar is prospective moderators must be familiar with the Virtual platform. By the end of this Webinar prospective moderators will be able to plan for moderating a peer-to-peer meeting in Virtual Classroom. Instructional Strategies: The Classical Approach will be applied for the purpose of this Webinar.
