This warranty applies to purchasers of new SII, Meridian, Rialto, Apollo fixed lecture room and multipurpose furniture product shipped after 11/1/06. The warranty is non-transferable and coverage continues for the applicable times periods as set forth below. Warranty: Clarin Seating warrants coverage from defects in the materials and craftsmanship in the product and installation (as long as the installation is done by Clarin approved installers.) Defects found during normal usage of the product will be covered during the warranty period provided that written notification is given to Clarin Seating at the address set forth below prior to the expiration of the applicable time period. Clarin Seating at its sole discretion will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable product. In the event of repair or replacement, the warranty includes labors, materials, and freight for the first two years of warranty and the material and freight thereafter. Time Periods: 12 years: Structural Components (other than those which include moving components and wear items) 5 Years: All other Structural components which include moving components and structural wear items. 3 Years; Plastic components & paint finishes. Wood, laminate, and other surface finishes. 1 Year: Non-standard items Seating upholstery (except where otherwise governed by mill warranties) materials and foam, power and data components. Exclusions & Conditions: Abuse, willful neglect, or misuse of the product as determined by Clarin Seating in its’ sole discretion. Customer own material and non-standard material and color finishes whether purchased by the customer or Clarin Seating. Products altered or modified by the user. Products not installed by Clarin Seating approved installers and/ or not installed according to Clarin Seating installation procedures. Natural variations occurring in wood and/or color fastness and/or variations in matching of colors, grains or textures of the materials shall not be considered as defects. Except as stated above, Clarin Seating makes no express or implied warranties as to any product and makes no warranties of fitness for any particular use. Clarin will not be liable for consequential, economic, or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
