– persistent links,– course accounts,– synchronous communication,– mashups,– RSS,– Desktop Presenter, – Jing, – Twitter, and – embedded librarians
… in order to make courses more dynamic and meaningful.
1. Find a resource and copy the persistent link.

Use Jing to create screencasts and add “visuals to your online conversations.”
