LMS has been designed to record the attendance of

the candidate. The System creates logs of time spent

on the LMS.

Tracking of trainees & trainers is also done as IP

address is fetched and entered into the log.

Tracking is also possible by recoding the live

interactive session on “Google Meet”.

The system can record the time spent by the

candidate on individual chapter also in case job role

requires minimum time to be spent on a particular

chapter. So the training will not be considered

complete without spending minimum time on each

chapter.

This is done in case a job role requires minimum time

to be spent on a particular chapter, so without

completing minimum time on a particular chapter the

course shall not be considered complete.

ONLINE - LMS

Add the course ( Job Role) and content ( chapter

wise) along with time duration on every chapter . The

content can be in text and/or video form.

Register the candidate with his/her Mobile Number for

a particular course (Job Role) and batch.

An URN ( Unique Reference Number )shall be created

by the system which shall be used for logging into the

course. An option of fixed password or system

generated password ( OTP ) every time the candidate

wants to log in is available.

The candidate has the option of self learning also

along with live training delivery by trainer through 2

way live interaction on “Google Meets”

Admin login can be given to NSDC officials to check

and monitor LIVE attendance of students of any batch

along with time spent by each and every user on LMS.

By fetching the IP address of participants and creating

log for this.

Way to monitorcandidate progresson LMS

Candidate will spend minimum hours on chapter 1,

only then he or she can move to the next chapter.

Candidate will spend minimum hours on chapter 1,

takes and clears the formative test of chapter 1 , only

then he or she can move to the next chapter.

Candidate can switch to/access any chapter but the

course can be considered as completed only if he or

she spends minimum required time for each chapter

included in the course.

Final assessment can be taken at the end of last

chapter and minimum time is spent on the course and

the course shall be considered complete once final

assessment is cleared successfully
