• 10,000+ people with LD
• 1000+ people receiving services
• 300+ people living in residential care
• People with LD have told us they prefer supported living to residential care
• High level of people are living with elderly carers or relatives

• Housing with care now under construction
• Plans under way for all Boroughs/Districts
• Partnerships with District and Borough Housing teams continuing to grow
• Working with Housing Associations
• Delivery of Housing with Care Programme
