Our workshops consist of an interactive blend of lectures, discussions, case studies, reflection exercises, video footage, group and individual activities, presentations and assessments, all providing thought provoking, learning opportunities.
We provide an experiential learning for all courses – we expect delegates to practice their newly acquired skills and knowledge. At the end of every workshop our Facilitators will obtain feedback through an assessment based on the knowledge gained throughout the course. Assessments effectively test, challenge and develop the skills of delegates and promote new developmental opportunities beyond the learning environment.

Qatar Development and Consultancy Centre was founded and is managed by New Zealander, Elizabeth Fleming. Elizabeth is an HR practitioner with 25 years of international business experience. Elizabeth is registered with CIPD and HRINZ and is also a member of a range of expert panels and is invited to speak at international summits and conferences, where she has delivered expert opinion on subjects such as developing and managing employees, organisational growth and Qatarisation.
Elizabeth states “Having worked in industry in Qatar, I felt there was a need for a dynamic learning and development organisation within Qatar, a consultancy that really understood the unique working environment of Qatar.
