The Disadvantages of Ordering Food on the PhoneListen and Learn

11

①The appearance of the food affects our appetite subconsciously (潜意识地) . We all prefer to eat something served on a clean white plate. If the same food is taken and poured in a cheap plastic box, we will lose our appetite immediately.

②When the take-out took longer than we had expected, we would start guessing and feel agitated (焦虑不安的)until it comes.

③Some foods are simply not suitable for take-out. For example, French fries are best served when crispy (酥脆的、易碎的) and hot. Unfortunately, the time that is taken on the road will turn them into cold noodles.

④Many restaurants do business without a license, and foods are produced in a filthy (肮脏的) environment.
