4 Step Knowledge Transfer Process
SelectDelegates are prepared to receive and embrace change, which allows them to fully understand the benefits, and gives them the best opportunity for success.
• The business leaders identify and propose suitable delegates. • Each delegate is assigned business project work-stream aligned to one
of the key metrics:
Engage10-day Lean Learning Academy (LLA) is the platform to provide a unique learning experience, challenging the way that leaders think, behave, and act, learning to shift their focus from fixing problems to coaching teams for continuous improvement and sustaining a LEAN environment. The LLA is designed to be a microcosm of a LEAN culture workplace where delegates learn as individuals, teams, and as a group. The academy’s architecture is based upon a fully immersive, live learning technique. The academy’s course content is centred on delivering the fundamental lean tools, techniques, and leadership behaviours required when beginning / continuing the journey of a LEAN Transformation.
4 Step Knowledge Transfer Process
DevelopUpon completion of the academy, each delegate is then issued with their business priority work-stream and assigned to a ‘Sustainer’, (coach) allowing the opportunity to deploy, perfect and embed their LEAN tools, techniques and learning, whilst delivering tangible financial & business benefits.During this period the Internal LEAN Capability acts as the delegate’s ‘Sustainer’. Their role will be to coach each delegate using the TGROW model through their project and help them to consolidate their learning. Each delegate’s progression through his or her project is tracked and measured against a plan.
4 Step Knowledge Transfer Process
SustainDelegates who have successfully completed Steps 1 to 3, and have exceeded expectations are developed and supported with the backing of the business to remove the dependency upon external support, and create internal capability Sustainers. The internal Sustainers are trained and coached to have fully capability of facilitating and operating all four steps of the programme.

1. Reaction – an event evaluation form will be completed at the end of workshop2. Learning – Knowledge Transfer quiz scores and the Delivery metric will be
collated daily and weekly, plus how the learning is applied back in the business3. Behavioural Change – this will be measured via observations in the work
place via GO LOOK SEE, plus impact of the learning in the business4. Organisational Performance – measured via LLA Project panel review and
case study production after 100 day plan completion
