LEADS APP HELP GUIDE NETWORK, PLAN, COMMUNICATE, AND ENGAGE All before stepping foot at IDDBA 18 THE BASICS: ZERISTA LEADS Download the Leads App To download, go to app store and search “Zerista Leads” Login to Leads App Your login credentials are the same as the myIDDBA app LEAD COLLECTION Scan an attendee’s QR Code With the Leads app on your phone, click ‘Scanner’ on the bottom menu and scan the QR code. An attendee scans your company QR code Find this on your company profile page on the website. An attendee adds your company to their contact list Attendees can ‘Follow’ your company, causing them to appear on your leads LEAD INFORMATION Interact Depending on what information the attendee has included in their profile, you can: call, text, email, and message them all from within the Leads app. Add Notes You can add notes to each lead you collect. Add information that’s missing from their profile or tips to help you remember your conversation. EXPORT YOUR LEADS Steps + On the event website log into myIDDBA. + Click your company name in the drop menu + Click ‘Leads’ in the sub-menu + Click ‘Export Leads’ on the left + An email will be sent to you with an .CSV file of your leads and their information Zerista Leads NOTE: Everyone registered with your company can collect leads. Each contact from your company, when logged into either app will see the same list of leads. Company contacts can also add separate notes to the same leads.
