IntroductionThe Forum will focus on leading through uncertain and changing times; placing emphasis on the importance of strong and courageous leadership in Local Government and other sectors, developing an adaptive leadership mindset responsive to overcoming challenges whilst embracing change and encouraging agility in decision making.

The Forum is open to leaders in Local, State & Federal Government agencies as well as leaders of organisations that work with local government and their communities, such as state organisations and key community groups and organisations.
